Options for Managing Your Account and Data

1. Complete Account Deletion

   To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

   Once we receive your request, we will initiate the deletion process. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your data including your progress, purchases, and preferences will be permanently removed.

2. Data Deletion Only

   If you wish to delete your data without removing your account, send an email to [email protected] and include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

   This option will erase all your personal data stored by our app but will retain your account. You can continue to use our services with a fresh start.

Important Information:

• Please ensure that the email used to send the deletion request matches the email associated with your Scandal account.
• Please note deleting your account does not cancel any pending subscriptions you have. Please contact Google Play or Apple to cancal any active subscriptions
